For members, it puts your Blue Cross Complete of Michigan health plan information at your fingertips, with features that include quick access to your member ID card and provider information. It’s also a useful tool to help make every provider visit valuable. Manage your health, wherever you are.

FEATURES
The BCCMI mobile app makes every provider visit easier for Blue Cross Complete of Michigan members:
• ID card — Get access to an electronic copy of your member ID card.
• Medicine cabinet — Keep track of your medicines, how to use them, your prescription history, and medication reminders. You can also learn how medicines interact with each other and view medicine warning labels.
• Find a doctor or hospital — Use a quick search tool to help you look for any network provider, hospital, pharmacy, specialist, or urgent care center nearby. You can also get directions to a provider’s office or call for an appointment.
• My Doctors — Get access to your primary care provider (PCP) and your other health care providers.
• Care and program reminders — Get alerts through the app when you are missing a checkup or test.
• Health history — Review up to six months of care team visits and hospital stays.
• Resources — See an overview of the digital and community resources available to you.
• Contact Us — Access a list of important phone numbers for the health plan.
• Available in English and Spanish.

Ratings and reviews

This app doesn't function in the most basic sense. I go to log in with the exact same information I use in browser and get an error every single time. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. I never leave reviews for apps but this is truly pitiful. It's so awesome when I can't access my health insurance info because they can't be bothered to make an app that does the bare minimum and isn't broken. 0/10- actual garbage.

UPDATE 9/15/25: It's been a year. The developer has issued *one* app update in 3.5 years, and it fixed nothing. This is still completely broken. ORGINAL REVIEW 9/27/24: Can't log in, can't change password, can't do anything -- every action just results in an error message. The developer hasn't updated the app since early 2023 and "Contact Us" has nothing for technical support, so this app appears to be abandoned... which is particularly bad since this is for Medicaid patients.

App is garbage. Private care blue care app is better. Of course medicaids app is bad and private is good. You can't use it to filter any searches. You can only look up providers in a state. You can not narrow down any results for specialist or any type of doctor or need. Only every single medical professional of all types in the area all at once. Half the links don't work. The message center is just to have someone call you and only when your not available for a phone call.
