Just got my moon lamp today. It won't connect to the WiFi. It says it's connected to the Bluetooth, but then when I go to change the colors, it disconnects from Bluetooth. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, trying to pair it elsewhere. Nothing works. When is this going to be fixed? I'm pretty upset that I spent $50 on this for it not to have the features I wanted to use. It was the whole reason I purchased it.

I had gotten their RGB table lamp and I was excited about it because it looks similar to the $250 JBL Pulse 3 speaker. Well, the wraparound color effect of it. How I've longed for that speaker with light show... But anyway, while the colors could be a lot more vivid, they did a great job with it, as well as the app. It certainly is better than what I've gotten used to dealing with lately. It's pretty well organized and even has it's own social community you can converse with and explore. If you check out the videos section of it, look for the guy explaining how to install the RGB car lights, in his pristinely restored DeLorean! Notice how well his English is too, not to mention the grammar and all of the app. It is refreshing to not have every other word misspelled for a change, lol. All kidding aside though, I think Ecolor is a company to watch, and I hardly ever say that. That's just my opinion though.

Just wanting to bring attention to an issue. The app had been working great for some time however I've just tried to open it again and the app won't open, it's repeatedly crashing. I've tried uninstalling an reinstatement but same result. I don't know if this is a bug or not, but I'm requesting it be fixed.
