No, it still doesn't work. I will use manual login for me. This happens only after the recent update so something definitely went wrong. Face ID works for all apps except AIA+. This only happens this year to me. For a major insurance company, such snafus in app experience should be looked into fast.

App is slow and sluggish. The customer service staff is non existent. Emailed them on issues with my account, but no response despite multiple chaser emails over 2 weeks. Only responses received were the auto email responder telling me they are facing high email volumes. And this issue happened more than a month ago. To date no response from them. In conclusion, if the program goes well for you, good for you. If you have any issues, good luck to you. Do not expect them to come to your aid.

This is a really terrible app. It keeps logging me out and saying that I either have an active session somewhere (I don't), or that my session has expired when I've just logged in. In addition, the app takes forever to sync and doesn't always accurately reflect the points I accumulate for the weekly challenge. On top of that, it doesnt make sense that when I want to view my birthday perks, I'm required to LOG IN AGAIN into a separate website which keeps rejecting my credentials. FRUSTRATING.
