super lousy app that every time miss out a few days sync. Contacted customer service yet ask me to uninstall and reinstall. What's the point of develop this if I need to repeatedly uninstall and install?!
AIA is bad vitality 👎👎👎👎👎💔 like to jam. Bad aia very so bad . The call also call then no answers the call. Wat they doing ? Don.t buy any thing from AIA.. 😤 so my rewand gone it is . so bad comp AIA. Update 1 moth can.t going in .😱 really bad. The vitality also nobody list to the phone call. AIA👎
Steps Not Sync. I had a 12000 steps last November 16 and so was expecting the following day to have a 50points until today... Please fix the app. I am pretty sure my samsunghealth was synced to this app. Very disappointing..
AIA's Garbage for paying $3 a month. Instead of raising the bars for rewards, please work on improving the app. Network issue and lost sync. I've fulfilled over 300% of requirement in 4 days, the app only started clocking on the 6th. Not possible hit target. The only reason I took up Vitality is to maximize back the more expensive premium I am paying over other insurance's similar products.
Lousy app! I have to write to aia support so many times bcos the steps are not sync correctly. Is it doesn't work then why is aia implementing the app? Frustrating!
Bad syncing The app is very bad at syncing, which surprisingly to be it's core function. Not sure it's due to the incompetency of its product manager or developer.
