Loading is very slow and I can't log in. I recently made an appointment with a doctor to use a coupon in the app. I arrived at the appointed time but couldn't log in to the app. I was sure my username and password were correct. I had to call the call center to help me fix the problem, which delayed my appointment by almost an hour. If your app is unstable, it would be better to use the method of sending coupons by mail like before.

Why the APP always force password changing? Why can't keep logined all the time? Why the performance of the app keep getting slow and slower?

Everytime it updates, it forgets the saved login. Can't use the biometric login. Poorly executed.
