i can't withdraw my fund from Unit Link. The fund withdrawal has 3 options, by percentage (only can choose 100%), by unit (cannot type the number), and by amount of money (cannot type the number). This app is not workable at all. how the hell you offer 3 options for fund withdrawal and only can choose to withdraw 100% , not only that, when choosing 100%, it is unable to process. the AIA call center is very hard to contact. Unable to withdraw fund in time create lost on my investment!

The app is not user-friendly. It's slow, lags often, and the overall experience is frustrating. As a policyholder, I really hope AIA improves this app soon.
