Would have given it a 5 star rating but there are some minor glitches. I had problems downloading the blood test results but this was fixed thanks to the med tech. Also, they should have a link for accessing a coordinator in the app to fix general problems. This should not be the job of the med tech. Otherwise, I agree that AIDE is user-friendly and accessible. Kudos.

You have to constantly follow up with them in terms of both delivery and services. I do not recommend using this app. There are also glitches that I saw the data of another user when I am logged in using my account. When I updated, my notifications were also deleted. Good thing I screened shot my ordera to be able to follow up with them. Very disappointing.

Aide failed to send a notification to my doctor so she almost missed the appointment. It also did not send me an e-receipt after payment. I had to send a message on their social media account to get a receipt. The app is supposed to make these appointments convenient but I experienced hassle and inconvenience insteas.
