The program does not replace a good instructor and your persistent training but can help you to remember names of techniques and schemes of their implementation.

Really good, but I would personally like an option to slow the videos. Although they are well executed they are rather quick, and you could easily miss a step in the move I also like the test features, a great method in differentiating between the moves
