They switched to "mobile app only" service with an app that is not working!! Car rental is not available anymore, when I try to rent a car I get a message "we are sorry, There are no cars in our web" no matter which location or date I try, it simply doesnt work for car rental. Airmiles used to be an excellent program,WHAT A PITY... since they switched to mobile app only service nothing is working... The service deteriorated completely. Support is not helpful at all

This app is useless. There is always a glitch whether you update or reinstall. Book Travel just gives you a blank page which makes it useless. Not the first time this happens. With all the app development out there in the world ans your affiliation with banks, you can't invest in making your app work!

the app crashes and I cannot access my account, the customer service is not helpful at all, the landlines are not working. a horrible experience
