this app is garbage. I have followed the instructions thoroughly and it connected once and let me use the camera but then freezes after a minute and when I try to re open the app it just doesn't connect. maybe every 15-20 attempts it works and then just freezes after a minute or less. do not recommend. if I could give this 0 stars I would.

Well, this app needs to be fixed. But what i can say is it did help with removing a big chunk of ear wax stuck in my canal. I can hear more effectively out of my ear now. The issue I was having was that the app would connect to the device but not show the image from the device, so I had to reboot the phone. After I rebooted, it'll work for a minute tops before closing connection again. Honesty,would i recommend it? Prob ot my first recommendation, but if all other ear wax removal fails. Then ye

The app is useless. I read comments. I attempted to connect Bluetooth, it won't connect. Instead of telling users they're stupid because your programming don't work, trying fixing your programming to connect the Bluetooth. With the device right next to my Android phone, the device is looking for am Intelligent way to connect to a Bluetooth app. You should fix your app given all the negative comments you have with only one bogus looking review that says the app works fine. Fix the app!
