This is an updated review. I purchased two units six months ago, and neither connected to my Android for more than about 3 seconds. I knew it was a software issue as it did connect, but only for a short time. I've reloaded a newer version of software and the devices connect correctly and stay connected. It's almost fun digging around in my ears and seeing what I'm doing. Cheers, Monte

The app is useless. I read comments. I attempted to connect Bluetooth, it won't connect. Instead of telling users they're stupid because your programming don't work, trying fixing your programming to connect the Bluetooth. With the device right next to my Android phone, the device is looking for am Intelligent way to connect to a Bluetooth app. You should fix your app given all the negative comments you have with only one bogus looking review that says the app works fine. Fix the app!

Seems like some people have had issues, I didn't have any. Turn the device on, open the App, press the Connect button, it says it needs to connect to a temporary WiFi created by the device (which automatically disconnects and changes you to your preferred network after) and then you're good to go! (Turned out, I didn't even really need the device when I purchased it, but it and the app worked great, for me)
