Fix Your App! Please improve the app! I can't even open my account! Maybe for wrong password but I can't even reset it! After pressing the 'forgot password' the prompt for encoding the e-mail doesn't work! It's frustrating! I bet I'm not the only who have these rants. Please fix the app for your customers! Provide us a service that we deserve! And it's for the company as well, you are a service company. Your service starts from the booking of flights. How can you take us there if we can't even book flights?
Booked date incorrect ! Lousy apps Email to airasia. . No revert to me , I book 6jan 2017 - 9jan 2017 and yet sent email to me is 7jan 2017 - 9jan 2017. . To bangkok. . So disappointed. . Coz there wasn't any contact in singapore.. even live chat need to wait more den an hour den disconnected ~ Omg! !!!!
Poor performance Application will take more than 3 minutes to load and also functionality is no smooth enough.I removed the app from my phone on the same day of installation.
Not so smooth. The system A bit slow I have to make a few log in then only i will finally confirm my booking.
More bugs found 1) payment can't be completed using direct debit if tax invoice details are filled (2) if a booking is not incomplete due to payment issue, subsequent attempt to complete booking with payment will be subjected to another round of double processing fee
Confusing details plus no net banking facility I find it very confusing to put on my details. And no net banking facility adds to the difficulty
