Awful, truly awful. How can you make an app so laggy and dysfunctional? it crashes whenever you go to pay, shows outdated prices constantly, freezes when you change currency and then locks the seats you've picked, even after the app has decided to end itself and you've had to manually restart it. Book through the website, avoid this app like the plague - lost count of the amount of hours wasted having to re-enter information because "something went wrong".

The app doesn't let me book a flight when I need to. Someone ended up booking the flight for me on a 3rd party website. Unfortunately, the wrong checked luggage was selected. Normally, I would be able to go to the counter and they will charge me the difference. Nope, I was charge 8749.93 baht ($258.47 USD). That's more than double my plane ticket. At the time of writing, the exchange rate is 36.1229 to the dollar. They AirAsia used 33.8526 as the rate. Got screwed because app didn't work.

As many, many others have mentioned, this is horrifically unstable, and always presents problems when you're trying to pay. It could get you right up to the part where you enter your credit card information, and then simply freeze or refuse to go forward. You're then forced to restart again, only for it to do the same thing. This happened many times in the past, and I often try to opt for another airline simply because their app and their website suck so much.
