Today I had to use this app for the first time (and for the last). I was at their ISE towers office and I had to book a flight for me and my family (five persons to be specific), it took me roughly five to ten minutes to find the reasonable flight and to add all the details, and when I clicked to proceed with my booking the pop-up showed up to confirm if I wan to be part of bluemiles, I selected "No" option (I think it took it seriously) and bam app crashed and all the information was gone...😒

Worst worst worst experience with all of my Android apps I used till date, after a heck of interactions when I finally managed to reach payment screen, it was a mess all options are misleading/ incorrect titles, have to call multiple times and talked to operator for guidance... In the end when I paid the amount from my card app said payment is unsuccessful while amount was deducted from my bank... Seats reservation got cancelled and my amount was stucked in the air, Amount retrived after 2 days.

Your online payment system is worst and useless. Trying to complete my purchase via HBL credit card but unable to do it. Suspected fraud error occurred everytime. Please fix this issue or to deactivate the online feature to avoid inconvenience. Also your support is incompetent and doesn't have enough knowledge to solve customer's queries. Please also improve your support. ReF QNMOND
