i travelled from Dubai to Lahore and flight was delayed for 5 hours as usual. while coming back from Lahore i wanted to change my travel date and i was trying to pay online on the web and app for almost 2 days but unsuccessful. They have the worst online payment method, it is 2024 and they can't manage to process online payments efficiently, sad. After calling customer service 10 times, they couldn't do anything so i had to go to the office to pay cash.
