app shows low price, then it takes xtra amount and later on payment options with xtra ruppees adds baggage, and in last they offer to add fee for advance seat , it ends normally with 8-10% extra with actual fare for ticket purchasing , it wasnot previous practice but now it reflects itself begging airlines, after boarding a cold box was served before entering in to flight ( they donot have inflight service), a juice pack along water bottle infront of ur seat and inside plane no service 🙉🫢🦧

So far the UI of this app is good, I have a suggestion, there should be an option in the payment form to redeem the bluemiles points.

Airblue is a very poor airline. The staff is rude and unprofessional, and they do not know how to properly assist female passengers. They sometimes deliberately mishandle or even take passengers’ belongings to prioritize their own cargo, causing delays of 4–5 days for customers. Despite paying for services, the care and service provided are extremely unsatisfactory.
