I love Airbnb, however, as a host I'm not happy with the app. They keep on "improving" it however much older versions were a lot better. At the moment really upset that there isn't a better assistance contact centre and that one can not respond to reviews from the app although the frequent Q&A's says you can. I'm a super host but had 1 guest who was horrible and completely unfair on her review (she thought we were a lodge.... when NO WHERE that's what we advertise) and rated us very low... now losing my super host status AND not given a chance to respond to her review. I'm so upset
They earn a lot of money from you but provide you with _zero_ support, even after you had already paid them. In case of any issues with the app, a booking or a payment, you are doomed as there is nobody to talk to. The app is buggy as well. For instance it shows empty Trips page on my gf's Huawei P8 Lite phone. Nothing we have tried helped with the issue.
The app will not let me log in through Facebook - which is what I created my account on. When I try to log in with Facebook, it say I already have an account with google. If I log in with my google, its a completely new account with none of my visits, reviews, or varifications. I can log in with Facebook just fine on a computer, but I need my phone to message hosts when I'm on the way. Useless for now. Will update review when app is updated.
Overall is good but it takes a while to open and navigate through the app like calendars etc. It takes alot of time to load. Please fix it.
Worst app in terms of finding what you want. No customer service. Good concept bad execution.
won't login using details that work on the airbnb website....support hasn't responded with any solutions at all after four days
