The rules of cancellation not very well designed. If a host opts for strick cancellation, there should be different and heavier compensation required if the host end up cancelling on customers. Because by the time the host decides to cancel all pricing on market for stay has changed. You won't have this problem with hotel if you have payed in advance.
They earn a lot of money from you but provide you with _zero_ support, even after you had already paid them. In case of any issues with the app, a booking or a payment, you are doomed as there is nobody to talk to. The app is buggy as well. For instance it shows empty Trips page on my gf's Huawei P8 Lite phone. Nothing we have tried helped with the issue.
It could be even better if there was a pop-up messaging box once the host has accepted. That way we could instant message back and forth like Facebook. Also, if it had an automatic translating feature that would be spiffy. Thanks!
Always had great experience. There was one time when the apartment was not as described, but an airbnb agent got in contact with me and made sure I stayed in a better place. Their service and customer support is great.
I'm unable to login, after putting in my email address and password, it takes me to the terms and conditions, after I check the box and press agree, it takes to another login screen, I log in again and it takes me back to the terms and conditions again. I'm changing my rating from 1 🌟 to 4 🌟, after logging in on my computer, I was then and to login on my phone
