Ratings and reviews

This app, designed for global travelers, requires you to verify your account via SMS sent to your phone number, in order to complete booking. The idiots running this goat rodeo didn't think it through enough to realize, global travelers frequently use burner SIMs, so don't have access to any phones or SMS service at all due to the use of a data-only eSIM (such as those designed for, you know, TRAVELERS). High and dry in Europe without a way to book a room...

As a host, it does what it needs to do. But the messaging module is annoying: 1) Text box is too small, displays only 4 lines, so you can't see what you wrote above that (unless you scroll the message). 2) The "send" button is *inside* the text box. It's easy to inadvertently hit it trying to relocate the cursor to edit. Either move it, or at least allow a confirmation b4 sending. May 10 update: messaging module still annoying! And now can't click on a guest in the calendar!

It's somewhat difficult to navigate and move between our listing's and editing them. I'm not a fan of some of the website changes recently because the functions have not been easy to master. I've worked with customer service and technical support, and they, too, seem frustrated and challenged. It took them three days to correct a small problem of changing our new listing from a one bedroom, two beds, and two bath into the correct one bedroom, one queen bed, and one bathroom. Big problem.
