Horrible customer service. Maybe i should say is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. First try on the app, due to immediately need for add on person. Hence, i contacted host within 30 minutes i booked. The host claim that no add on service and request me cancel the booking. Meantime, fee will fully refund and just charge for service fee.This app don't have any proper e-mail and is uncontacted. Then, charge for service fee with no service provided.
Pretty good but... I've used this app as site a lot over the years and altough it can be annoying when the place doesn't live up to your expectations that not something I can blame on airbnb. However the most frustrating thing about trying to find a place is the search filter which which will still give you places 50k away from where you want. Wasting time searching for places I have no intention of staying in
Really usefull Really usefull apps when I travel in rich countries! We can find nice places to stay. In the poorest countries it's often guest houses with a price more expensive than if you don't book in advance.
Good but now apps often error Dear apps airbnb.. its so great to use the apps. But nowdays i am often cant open apps.. ther is no info about conection or error server etc. While i am log in its loading n back to the menu of android.
Account Disabled - rubbish customer service Account disabled for no reason as 5 star customer. Sent email as requested with no response. Followed up, no response. Called, told that couldn't help as not their department & would prioritise. Still no response. A rubbish way to treat your customers.
I cannot even update photos What the hell is going on after the latest update. My Note 5 and Galaxy S7 Edge cannot update photos at all. I tried to move the photos to become the cover photos, but it doesnt seems to update it. I tried using iphone, it is able to update. Please fix as soon as possible.
