Still getting problems with payment mails while I paid right away (money is gone from my account) After contacting airbnb 4 times with them telling me the issue has been resolved 3 times.
Unable to receive 4 digit code I have entered my mobile phone number correctly but I did not receive any codes from u. When I click on "Call me instead", I did not receive any phone calls. Can u resolve all these issues asap please? I want to make booking for my upcoming trip and all these issues are stopping me from booking.
Quite reliable Only few have cancellation policy. Others are not cancellable. So when you plan well and got ill in last minute that you decide not capable of travelling, you lost all your money already. Too bad.
They have improved! Their charge was so much before, but now it came down a little. From the renters and the owners they were charging about 13-15% charging but now about 10% in providing a website..... I think that is more reasonable.
It does the job The app is very helpful especially for someone like me who is always on the go!
They don't have a viable cancellations policy Airbnb requires atleast 60 days prior to arrival to even change the reservation. Which means for bookings made a day or two prior to arrival can't cancel or change the reservations.
