Ratings and reviews

Can't search with flexible dates on calendar view. Doesn't do basic things like show flight durations. Doesn't tell you potential XP or miles during checkout. Stop being scummy, if a light fare on a segment qualifies as zero, PUT ZERO XP/ZERO MILES! In the checkout and beforehand. Completely dishonest tactic. Also can't choose a default home airport, and the redeem for points section flights do not match up with the date bar above.

app says online check-in unavailable. Check-in at the airport . stayed up 3 hrs for this. tried online, works fine online, just not through the app. As I am in Portugal, online I could get in Portuguese or French. I understand little of either so was a bit risky checking in, but I can read my boarding pass and that seems right.

Has become pretty much USELESS! Full of bugs, rarely fully loads, and super laggy when it does load. Forget trying to book flights in app. Can occasionally see miles account but that's about it. Embarrassment of an app for a global airline.
