Ratings and reviews

There were multiple problems with the app, starting from the difficulty in selecting the date for the issue and expiry when identifying a new passport. While booking a ticket, there is no 'back' option, so every time you go into a section(say for choosing a seat) and decide against it, you have to exit the trip and start all over. And finally, the worst part, the flight I selected was supposedly costing me 6,000 miles, but it upgraded me to business class without telling me and cost me 40,000.

Can't search with flexible dates on calendar view. Doesn't do basic things like show flight durations. Doesn't tell you potential XP or miles during checkout. Stop being scummy, if a light fare on a segment qualifies as zero, PUT ZERO XP/ZERO MILES! In the checkout and beforehand. Completely dishonest tactic. Also can't choose a default home airport, and the redeem for points section flights do not match up with the date bar above.

"Nice to meet you {{passengerfirstname}}!" This is exactly what happens when AI takes over your codebase :) It's impossible to register via mobile app as it losts form data after you open the mail to get verification code... Well played.
