Ratings and reviews

It doesn't understand hyphenated names (which I've had my whole life) and if they want it to match what's on my ID I can't just use a space or choose one or the other, it rejects everything. Totally unable to check-in. I've never experienced this with even the most budget airlines. Clean UI, jackass app.

App is unreliable, used to be much better in the past. no help from the airline unfortunately. kind but puzzled staff. I called them and also talked to them at airport CDG. Just please install and de-install, they say. And App remains whimsical in spite of modern cell phone. Regrets. I use about 4 different apps of other airlines and never have problems with them.

Last year because of the delay of my flight to amsterdam (KL1314 was delayed by 1h and 33min) I missed the connection to KL231. The app was useless to rebook or find any alternative, voucher, or arrange any of my rights. I give one star because contrary to customer service, at least the app was useful to find information on the flight schedule.
