I had previously given this app a 5-star rating, but changed it to one-star yesterday because for a couple of months the app wouldn't update or even install after deletion, leaving me with no app. Within hours, the developers responded with a solution. 5 star service. I only wish that solution - to uninstall a different app - had been posted somewhere on-line that I could have solved this week's ago!

Literally NEVER works. in the last 3 years tried using to book tickets and it never worked. loading forever then says sorry something went wrong or no flights available or some other excuse. Have up on Air France completely. Visiting is not really worth anymore either.

Useless pile of rubbish. Adding a membership is consistently being ignored. Same applies to Meal selection. After 1 day it's like I have never done my meal selection. After my return trip this app will be banned from my phone and AF being avoided by all means.
