Really like the lessons, wish the volume could be adjusted. even tho I've turned up the volume to the highest setting on my phone, i still have to hold the phone to my ear to hear the audio. but then i can't see the visuals which are great. Another minor thing is that if i have to.pause the lesson - to answer a call or respond to a text, i can't pick up where i left off. i have to back out of the app completely, then restart the lesson.

Very calming and educational. Its great that we can get started with how to use cbt correctly rather than doing it wrong ourselves. I dont know if i want the paid version of it though when the competitor apps offer extra features like breathing, wellness tracking and activities, or exercises for free.
