CONSULTATION & EVALUATION
You’ll begin with a video consultation with a licensed Airrosti Provider who will walk you through a step-by-step orthopedic evaluation to help accurately diagnose your injury.

CONVENIENT CARE
Your Provider will prescribe a customized recovery plan, tailored to your condition and needs. You’ll receive easy-to-follow mobility and stability exercises you can do at home, delivered directly through the Airrosti Remote Recovery App.

OUTCOME-BASED PROGRAM
Your recovery is tracked in real-time through the app, and your Airrosti Provider will modify your personalized recovery plan as needed to ensure your continued improvement.

CONSTANT SUPPORT
Your Provider will be with you every step of the way to help you stay on track and support you during your recovery. In addition to scheduled video check-ins, in-app messaging gives you unlimited access to your Provider — anywhere, anytime.

CARE COORDINATION
Your Provider will educate you on the specifics of your injury and prescribe an individualized recovery plan. If your injury cannot be effectively resolved through Airrosti Remote Recovery, your provider will assist you with an appropriate care

Ratings and reviews

I've had chronic pain for decades and have sought all kinds of bodywork to help with it. Nothing has been as effective as Airrosti. I also gave ADHD, so remembering what exercises to do has been a challenge when assigned by PT or other providers. The app makes it SO EASY to remember what I'm supposed to be doing and how to do the exercises. Highly recommend.

I have had the app less than a week, and when I opened it today to message my Dr about my first appointment, it is demanding I update the app, and will not allow me to access anything on the app until i do so. Well, my phone is having space issues and won't allow me to update, so now i have no way to fill out forms, and no way to contact my PT about my appointment, since there is no way for me to just log in on a browser either. Being unable to use the app w/out the latest update is ridiculous.

I love Airrosti and recommend them to all my family and friends!!! My insurance authorized 20 visits and I saw improved movement and flexibility in 5. The app is an awesome tool to help you track daily your exercises, change/schedule appointments, and communicate with your therapist.
