Absolutely rubbish facial recognition at sign up. I've tried to reanact my HKID photo in every possible way and I do look extremely similar haha. But it still won't let me through. Looks like a promising virtual bank but that doesn't matter when it's virtually impossible to open an account. And there are no other means of verifying your identity. Sadly it's only been a source of frustration and battery drainage.

Not compatible with GrapheneOS, well, basically any custom rom. And not having a web portal..

Android app not recommended. Facial recognition fails or is unreliable and in the new app version there's no fallback to text OTP, only soft token registration. Consequence: You can't transfer money. Your money is locked in the account, you can't access it. Workaround: Luckily I have an old iphone 7, there facial recognition works, I could register for the new soft token and then transfer the money. Device: Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro.
