This app needs serious improvement. It often crashes during transactions and especially in the recharge section, which disrupts the user experience. The app logs out every 5β10 minutes, causing frustration when trying to complete tasks. After logging in, the session should remain active for at least 2β3 hours. Additionally, contact selection from the phonebook and a copy-paste option must be added in the recharge section.These changes are essential for a smoother, more reliable user experience.

Sir, Quickly enable contact list access in Mitra app, this will reduce the time taken to recharge the saved number of the customer and you can also avoid wrong recharge. This great option is available in Idea's Smart Connect app. This helps a lot in recharging the customer's number and also saves time !! I hope this small suggestion given by me will help you to get instant contact list access in Mitra App !!ππ

after the recent update the monthly total commission that we earned was not showing in the APP and Web portal range between 7 days not a good option in my opinion. would really appreciate it if there is an option for Monthly statement like how much business we did and how much commission we earned. Thank you for your Services. also please update the Recharge plans some plans are not showing. and same goes for LOAN payment lenders. Again Thank you I hope we will see better Results in future .
