Ratings and reviews

The app works fine on my pixel 7. The historical data is nice. Suggested app improvements: (1) Add date&time (or time of day) of measurements to the graphs, and (2) Change width of graphs so they don't run off the edge of the screen (to view current/recent data). Note that both of these work as described 9n the web version.

Airthings customer service is horrible. If your device goes haywire like mine did, they ask for you to spend 30 day test periods repeatedly so that your warranty and return period expires. I have 2 of them and on one, the radon detector portion went suddenly and unbelievably high. (9+ when it had been consistently in the 1 to 2 range for a few months) The other sensor at that location disagrees. They have no returns process listed, and have no intention of ever honoring any warranty.

The sync on this app is terrible. It makes it hard to evaluate data. I have to point my phone to the device to get it to sync. The old app was better. Nor to mention it keeps giving me an error message saying issues about my network (even though my internet is fine and I have no issues elsewhere).
