Beware the HUGE Hidden Fees -- Dont even think about using this service! - Contrary to their own terms and conditions, their fee schedule, and their promotions ("no hidden fees!"), they will introduce hidden fees that you may not be aware of and later cannot be refunded. As an example, they added a Deposit Fee to my account (not mentioned anywhere in their terms and conditions or their fee schedule) which ended up with me paying 750 USD in fees which they refuse to refund.

the app seems fine, I've only just downloaded it. however there is an issue in logging in. I created an account on the website, and set up 2FA via the Authenticator app. When I downloaded the app and tried logging in, it ask for the authentication code, when I switched apps to get the code and switched back I had been taken back to the login screen. This happened multiple times, and I believe this is a bug. The only way I could resolve this was by using a recovery code.

Airwallex is a total scam! They literally stole my money and never gave it back. It’s been more than a week and their so-called ‘customer support’ is completely dead — no replies, no help, nothing! Don’t ever trust these thieves with your money or personal info. I’m sure they’re using customer data for shady purposes. Stay away from this fake bank before they rob you too!
