This app totally sucks! You cant escape their trap if you've subscribed for trial period. I couldnt cancel my trial period, whenever I tried to cancel my trial period the app shuts down. I reached out to their customer care and all I got was a Robotic response asking me to contact them through the app. So if youre frustrated enough with the app and you delete it, there's no way you can end the subscription. It really pisses me off when any app doesn't let me end my subscription smoothly. There are many scammy websites out there who does such things, I wasnt expecting Aisle to be one.

Very Very poor App, DONT GO FOR IT! I bought the premium subscription very recently and found there is no option to filter out for profiles in the desired location. The app will just keep throwing at you random profiles which you cannot even tailor per preferences. It is ultimately a waste of time. The email response from the customer service is also so poor, they are not even responding to my messages rather they just once responded stating me to buy the concierge subscription on top of this.

Great interface and responses, but as a male looking for females, profiles are limited and repeat often. I can't browse much since there is no refresh button, and I constantly see 'fail to load new profiles from the server.' The distance filter is broken; set to 50km in Kolkata, it shows cities thousands of km away like Mumbai and Bangalore. Please fix this bug and require photo-verified blue ticks to block fake accounts. Overall a good app, but it needs plenty more verified local profiles!
