We like Penn Station. They have great food, and the employees at the location nearest to us are awesome people. That being said, the app is basically pointless. The menu for locations is non existent, there's no phone numbers listed to call any location. And the general menu has way less items than what's listed in the physical store. It wants my credit card information but I can't order from the app??? These bugs can be fixed, and then it's got full approval.
I have been unable to place ANY order on the app. I don't know if it's my phone (BLU Studio 5+5C) or the app. either way, I would LOVE for this issue to be fixed so i can use the app.
It last a good app it just sick so when you forget to open and show it. There should be a way to load your receipt or give a code on the receipt to get points.
Will never pull up when trying to scan it when ordering and there isnt a way to get the rewards afer purchase. Also it takes too long to actually earn a reward. Love penn station but the app sucks!
I loaded $20 on to the app and everytime I try to use it at 2 different locations I'm told it doesn't work when it is scanned it. So now I'm out money because no one ever responds when I email support.
Runs horrible and no benefit to having it. I can't even get the menu to pull up most times
