I've used this app for years. I had to reset my phone recently and now I cannot log in at all. My account login was with Facebook and it doesn't work. I tried to make a new account with 3 different emails and that doesn't work either. It just gives me a blank page that says "Ok"

I love this app but you guys really need to update it. When you guys switch my account over from logging into Facebook to my email address because I couldn't login with Facebook anymore, you switched over my rewards but I don't have the pictures that corresponds with those rewards since everything switched over so when I go to use them at the store on a purchase, the employees think that I'm think lying to them about earning a reward!

Used it and didn't have enough money loaded so reloaded it up to make up the difference and the employees said it can only be used once. Ended up giving me cash for the first transaction and re-ringing it up. Was a HUGE PITA since a line was growing while we figured out a work around. I say get rid of loading a credit card in app and just stick with using it as a reward card or truly make it a working app. I will not use it again.
