Dear Akasa Air Support Team, Address a payment issue I encountered while attempting to complete web check-in for my upcoming flight. the travel date is May 25th.During the check-in process, I selected and paid for additional seats and meals. However, after the transaction was processed, the website displayed an error message.Now, upon trying to check in again, the system is demanding payment for the same items.I made a payment and shared the receipt copy in Mail but till now noone responded.

The biggest issue with the Akasa Air mobile app is its extremely slow loading time. Almost every screen takes ages to load, making even simple tasks like checking bookings or searching for flights frustrating. The app often feels unresponsive, and the overall experience is poor because of the delays. An airline app should be fast and reliable, but unfortunately this one needs major performance improvements.

Extremely disappointing experience with Akasa Air. Despite having completely unused cabin baggage allowance, we were not allowed to shift a few items from check-in baggage to our own cabin bags and were charged Rs 4,900 unfairly. Repeated policy-based replies do not justify the complete lack of flexibility and customer understanding shown by the ground staff. What could have been resolved in minutes was turned into an unpleasant experience. Very poor customer handling even after escalating this!
