About this app

This is the staff-facing app for hoteliers who are using Akia on property. This version allows for management to provision devices for use and for hotel staff to login using a 4-digit code. In the app, staff can chat with guests, view current open tickets, their assigned tasks, and items recently completed.

We have been using Akia at our resort for about a year now and communication with our guests has become so much easier. The automated messages help to answer the most frequently asked questions, and we can text with guests even from home. It's genious!

Doesn't always show me the message in-app, but I'll get a notification for it. I cannot open any of the in-app notifications, all I can see are the previews of the notifications and then they get cut off and I can't read the rest.

- New interface for templates, macros, and scheduled messages in chat
- Fix rotation problem when enabling app in Kiosk mode
