Ratings and reviews

The app has a potential, but it's unreliable. Many times it asks me to log in, even if there is no reason for it. Sometimes I can't make calls, call someone, receive calls, etc. The app fails at these tasks at random, even if it worked fine a moment ago. It's kind of annoying when someone is at your door, you see that person on your screen but you can't receive a call because of some random error.

terrible drain on battery on my pixel. please fix. kills my battery every day just on background. please fix this horrendous bug on app forced to use because of our HOA decision. also, please allow option of one account across multiple devices which is normal traditional behavior for a wired system. you call a home and first person answers instead of you call one of four people living at a home and hope that one person answers.

The administration of the building created all device names in French and the application does not have an option to personalize the names in a different language. It is very hard to use the application with device names that are not easy to understand.
