There is no communication at all between the application and green pan staff. They never come on time... Always there is a big delay that can reach a month or more. Every time i call them on phone and complain, no action is taken and no problem is resolved.

I was very happy that the app has English option, but it doesn't let me proceed with a request after I choose a date. Next menu asks me to choose 1 option and there is nothing on the screen🫤

I cannot figure out to log on with any of the information I'll put in my phone number it says invalid I can't even figure out how to put in my password since I am a new customer it won't let me do anything to even activate it let me know something to know how to get into it cuz otherwise I'm going to take it out and never use it anymore you don't have some pots and pans and all that deal in there that I would love to get get ahold of and I would love to get them but I can't get in
