Great idea, but wasted hours of my life that I'll never get back. The big problem with the app is that while it gives you lots of good suggestions, the whole experience falls apart when you go to a shop to buy the paint. So the app suggested a range of colours from "Flaked Almond" to other colours including "Subtle Beryl" and "Subtle Muslin" and "Moon Sand". The problem when I sent to Woodies DIY store (in Ireland) was that they had no record of any of the colours except for Flaked Almond. They couldn't even see those colours on their mixing machine. A completely pointless exercise. A horrible customer experience. My guess is that they are "trade colours" and weren't listed on the Woodies mixing machine. Is there a reason that some colours should be kept from "normal people"? Are they that special? Why list them on a consumer app if they are not available in a normal store. After talking to Dulux customer service in the UK (as it was a bank holiday in Ireland) and a very helpful customer service person, they also had no record of those colours. It seems that the colour names in the UK and Ireland are different.... The agent couldn't even see the mixing code for those colours.
Have looked and looked and looked, and cannot for the life of me find the "visualiser" element of this app. It just seems to allow you to browse colours, that's all.
