When doing international transfers there should be fields "Instruction 1", "Instruction 2" to the recipient in order to specify where / why / who / for what the money was sent. These fields are now gone!!! Please put them back as they're needed! There are also problems where the app is not in sync with what your servers need, think the pretty new look has completely destroyed the functionality of the app! Please realize that FUNCTION is more important than COSMETICS! We need something that works!
I just downloaded the app because i thought it would be easier for me to do the transactions i need to send money in the Philippines.. But, it just disappointed me, i tried several times to register and the only thing that happened is an endless loading and i received consecutive messages for the code.. please do make something about this problem . this will help me alot if fixed and worked properly.. thank you
NCB has the worst mobile app and website. It is only good to see your balance. There are links to pay your bills and credit card, but you can never finish a payment. Total garbage.
Please do some favour to your account holders and update this app to fix the issues or delete this app from Appstore. You are the national bank and your quality should be unmatchable with others. Now all banks have their amazing apps except yours. Please please work on it...:(
The app hangs if you goto sadad. The options for selecting accounts in internal transfer doesn't appear. NCB please scrap this version of app and bring back the old one.
The last update is awful... very slow and the screens are not compatible with my device. What is going on with you guys.. do you make things worse???? the last version was perfect.
