Enjoying the app & recent IQ4 panel installation (most user friendly alarm system ever). I hope this app improves with features to allow polling of wireless device battery levels with a battery percentage indicator like the RING app. Right now I experience intermittent communication losses to devices that are ultimately found to have low batteries, not fun when I'm out of town. 3-9-24: pushed through 3 updates that didn't auto install. Still no low battery alerts.

The app works pretty well on my local network but as soon as I leave it I can never load any of the camera streams. Whether I'm on a friends wifi or cellular network with good speeds (300mbps and up) the streams just sit and spin endlessly. I've reinstalled the app, cleared it's cache, everything I can think of but I guess I'm just not allowed to view my cameras when I'm not home

Live skybell camera feed connects at best 20 percent of the time. Troubleshooting says it's a wifi signal strength issue even though the router is within view of the front door. Likely server issues that they just blame on your wifi signal. Also they've added a monthly video upload quota which is never enough for the entire month instead of the maximum all time storage limit they used to have. Doorbell video records for 30-45 second clips then doesn't start up again until minutes later.
