Ratings and reviews

Consistently Unreliable The app constantly crashes, disconnects from units, errors out when trying to manipulate your units. Have to re-add cameras every other week for them to work on it. Had it for over two years and have yet to be able to actually answer the doorbell. Which only picks up half the movement. Can't wait for my contract to be up so I can nix this P.O.S.

The app is not consistent. Despite multiple attempts to change the settings, this system continually fails to catch activity. It frequently is unavailable when trying to live stream the video. Only reason I still have service with them is I know it will be a hassle to change and I don't have time right now. The notifications work for one user but not another. Not reliable at all. There is a minute lag time when trying to load Live feed. Overall, I am not happy with it. Would not recommend.

Functional. But the fact that it doesn't connect to Google Home is very annoying. Updated: it's become less and less reliable over time. Will it disarm the alarm before it goes off? Who knows? We hit "disable" in the app a few minutes ago, then the alarm went off thirty seconds later, then we disabled it manually at the panel, then I wrote this whole review, and it still hasn't acknowledged the entire thing in the app.
