Ratings and reviews

I've been using this app for about 3 yrs. It's well designed and laid out, therefore easy to navigate and use. Adding users is simple. Control of the system aspects varies depending upon the installation, but there are a ton of options available within the app, like geofencing, use of other integrated devices, etc. It's very versatile and I'm glad that my service provider chose this app for managing the security system! Enjoy (safely)!

Closed ecosystem is secure, but it lacks any innovation or even some BASIC features. Look, timers are 50% of the reason to give lights smart controls, and it's not part of this system. You can turn the lights on or off remotely, which is cool, but what's normal for home automation is to have things happen automatically, not just with a remote. Add to that the "Product suggestion" option isn't a way to give feedbace, but a bait n switch where they "Suggest you spend more money" Not great.

No notifications come to my phone, I've had a panel tamper for the longest, I've reported multiple times, just gave up. My fire alarm kept going off every minute in the middle of the night. The video doesn't record every single time any cars or people coming into or close to my driveway even after I changed the settings to do so. I did this to protect my family, home and to see who was passing and coming by and of course, things start going wrong, maybe not even 6 months to year in this. SMH!!
