Consistently Unreliable The app constantly crashes, disconnects from units, errors out when trying to manipulate your units. Have to re-add cameras every other week for them to work on it. Had it for over two years and have yet to be able to actually answer the doorbell. Which only picks up half the movement. Can't wait for my contract to be up so I can nix this P.O.S.

I don't believe the app developer wanted you to find what you need easily. Impossible to view my video recorded on the local drive 24/7. The app is worthless. Would love a YouTube video of the current app showing how to find the video I need. At one time there was a Svr button that was easy to find. Very disappointed in alarm com

Works fine with email notifications of events but ever since cell phone company got switched from AT&T to Liberty, not that we had a choice or say in it, since the new cellphone company is not listed on the drop down menu, we do not received text notifications. Would be great if Liberty was added. They do have the most commonly known ones, but also some I've never heard of. Liberty is available is a wide range of countries.
