I've had this system since 2019. Recently they took away the ability to bypass sensors at any time (now only when arming). Turning off the chime to the back door at any time was the way I kept from waking my roommate when the dog goes out (we work different schedules). It's extremely inconvenient to not have this feature anymore. The option also still appears but just throws an error message. This is a garbage app and garbage service. Not worth the money.

Have had system since 2012. Q2 2022 we added another location with newer equipment. 'Automation' used to be on the homepage (for 10 years!), and now it's simply no longer accessible via the app, for either location. Each location has a slightly different interface. Jan 2023, STILL can not update the schedule for lights on either system anymore without having to log on from a browser. It is REALLY annoying when I simply want to turn off a light schedule! Why remove regularly used features?

It's has amazing features. HOWEVER, I am using an Android phone and I can't get the program on the SECURITY SYSTEM SETTINGS page to go "live" on any of the features. This means I can't control ANY of the volume, lights, Night Hours, or even access to the Panel Wi-Fi!!!!! All of the changes have to be made through a phone call. Can't even control them from the desktop!!!
