New look... While the new look is nice on a pc. Being able to access the site from a phone or tablet is not easy to maneuver on anymore. Before you could get around and see everything on the old site from a tablet or phone and make changes as you like but with the new look, on a tablet images are overlapping on words and you can't see to make necessary changes in certain areas.
Works well Works OK for me, I just wish I could figure out how to get it to alert my phone when I forget to disable the alarm and leave, so I could disable it before they start calling me. I got the push notifications on but it ain't pushing crap.
Frontpoint app stopped working with new update. It worked perfectly before. Now all I see is "Add cards to your Home dashboard." I don't have time for this crap. Why do unnecessary app updates ALWAYS screw up a good thing? If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
Love love love! This app/security system has given me peace of mind. So grateful right now. UPDATE: Have had the system for a few weeks now. App works great. We also have the doorbell camera so when the kids get home from school it alerts us and we shut the system off from our phones. Currently switching our lighting over to zwave so we can use with the app. Will continue to update. Oh and we have called customer service several times for assistance and they have been knowledgeable and polite.
Panic button needed Easy app to work with. Only thing is, I wish there was a Panic button added on the app for emergencies.
Great app Simple responds to every mobile command almost right away. A panic feature would take this app over the top!
