Needs work. Should require the user's code when arming or disarming. That way if you have the app installed on several devices, you could tell who armed/disarmed it; not just armed by mobile. Also, don't know what the point of having a "Silent Arming" option is for since when you arm it from this app it arms instantly with no sound or 60 second exit timer. Overall the app is decent and has a good interface but I think there are things that need to be worked on.
It was installed and in less than a month someone tried to enter our home. The system not only alerted me but police were dispatched. This apps works great. My only complaint is the company's web cam is crazy expensive.
Works most of the time... But several times now it has not allowed us to arm remotely. We work very far from home so we can't just run home and set it manually. When I call for help, I'm told they can't do anything without someone at the house with the alarm. Really not ok when I'm paying for a service and not getting to use it. Hope no one breaks in today.
Down again! I'm almost done with front point. When things are right with this system it's great but when it goes bad it's really bad. It's taken an entire day just to get the app back up and running? What's the real issue?
I wish that when the system is armed that it not only listed Armed (Stay or Away), but also whether entry delay was turned on or off. This would be nice both in the app and on the display monitor.
I updated this app on my a year old galaxy 7 a few days ago,but since today when I open the app I have a message on front page with malfunction in my galaxy. The app works with my phone though.
