Ratings and reviews

It's ok, if you get a plan &equipment super cheap. Doorbell camera isn't great quality, but it works, doesn't catch animals at night tho. Also doesn't record long enough & can't change. 15 seconds before and after a person is detected isn't long enough to catch if that person actually does anything. It also doesn't detect activity (& record) unless a person/animal comes up close to the door. Devices can't reach detached buildings/garages. Can't set it to say if door is closed (not big deal tho.)

This app hasn't worked for me in over a year. Tried both mine and my husbands phone and it will NOT log in. Changed passwords multiple times, uninstalled the app etc. Even reached out to multiple people at Telus and they can't even tell me what's wrong. What's the point of paying for a security system if I can't access the app??

Do not recommend! I have a doorbell cam that barely works, is poor quality, and has malfunctiond a handful of times. I have the app set to the most sensitive setting, and it has missed a car accident in front of my house, as well as instances of me checking the mail. It has stopped recording while people rang bell and waited (useless to catch porch pirates in the act). If I check the camera it often stops after a few seconds and I get a "play" button. I'm often met with a retry/troubleshoot.
