After installing the app, I decided to go to "My Account." This next step seemed really bizarre to me. I was already logged in but then after tapping the Account icon, I had to sign in again. Once there, all of my information was correct except one item was missing: Emergency Contact. I provided the info, and fortunately, after 24 hours, the info is still there.

I get that management said "we ARE going to have an app when we announce the merged programs, right?" and the devs should have said "sure, but it won't work very well and it won't do much". whatever was said, that's what we have. I will re-review when this app is actually worth using. fortunately, I didn't delete the Alaska Airlines app yet...

Alaska Airlines made me download a new app that I can't sign into ("problem occurred please try later") and also seems to have caused issues for signing into the OTHER all that I already had. Make it make sense.

What’s new
