After installing the app, I decided to go to "My Account." This next step seemed really bizarre to me. I was already logged in but then after tapping the Account icon, I had to sign in again. Once there, all of my information was correct except one item was missing: Emergency Contact. I provided the info, and fortunately, after 24 hours, the info is still there.

I already have the Alaska app. It makes no sense to have this extra app for Summit card users just to be able to access lounge and wifi passes, especially when all it does is open the functionality in an external browser. Please stop being amateur. Loyal elites and cardmembers deserve better.

Pointless other than for customer data mining. Just a wrapper for the website and an sdk that hoovers your data. The data deletion request link just takes you to the airline's generic help page.
