Very disappointing and frustrating app. Despite selecting "remember me " and updating the app, I still must re-enter my password every time I try to open the app. So disappointed that Anglicare has chosen to use this method of communication for their elderly clients. My elderly father cannot use the app. Also the schedule regularly omits important information, has some incorrect information and includes information unnecessary to the client.

the app continuously jams up. unable to open documents. pretty much useless with all the back and forthing I have to do to receive information (which the provider posts to me because the app doesn't work as it should. I'm not sure why this is the app of choice when it doesn't do the job.

Awful app. Requires a manual login every time the app is opened - doesn't even remember login details. When you finally manage to login, it's a lucky dip as to whether you can see any information.
