As a college student who uses PDF textbooks almost exclusively, this app is amazing. I was worried switching from an iPad to an Android tablet that I would have trouble finding a good app to read textbooks on, but this is definitely not the case anymore. It lets you bookmark pages and search for words and phrases, as well as highlight sections and look them up later, separate from the page bookmarks. I haven't used the app to buy or read any regular books yet, but, as a PDF reader, I highly recommend it.
This is a very good ebook reader. The only thing I have issue about this apps is, I used to be able to change the brightness level. Now, it's stuck to a certain level which is too bright. Please check this problem, or I will migrate to other apps to ease my eyes strain, which I would rather didn't do. Thank you.
Frustrating yet potentially great app. It converts Gutenberg books very well indeed, has excellent reading features that even Kindle & Kobo lack (leaves eBook reader in the dust) but, distinct problems persist. 1. No sync across devices (Android). 2. Exceedingly problematic log in - both on app or on website. 3. Support require a formidably long list of questions answered before they'll even look at the issues
Hi, I has using this app for 5 years now and have to say it is a great work. Thank you! Just a bit issue recently, I'm reading and the app keep turning pages, I wasn't touching the screen at all, not even volume button, I haven't finish that page @@ please can you see what the issue is because that is like my phone got haunted or possessed hahhah OK not fun please fix TT.TT
Good app, but night mode does not work on my Galaxy S8+ or on Galaxy Tab 2S - the screen just turn black. Works good on my LG G3
I really liked the previous version but since updating the app today it severely disappoints. The first .pdf I downloaded came up as already on the system and after tracking the file down I opened it to find a blank page. Almost every time I go from page to page an ad pops up. When I searched FAQs there was nothing close to the question I asked (answer was almost random) and I was unable to get a request to Support thanks to Capture not working. If you have an older version do NOT update to version 3.0.38. Can you uninstall an update? Please say you can! If you can't I will be looking for a new book reader.
