Ratings and reviews

This new version of the reader kept loosing my place in the book. Most recently, for example, I was about 31% through a book. I opened the reader a few hours later and it opened to 24%. I updated the app, hoping the problem had been fixed. After updating, I open the book and it's stuck on a page that is blank other than a number at the bottom. I can't navigate to anywhere else in the book. I uninstalled Aldiko and installed Aldiko Classic. Now I'm happily reading again.

A great app in many ways but there are frustrating things. It is really difficult to close it after you have read what you need. A light touch or a swipe simply turns the page instead of allowing you to close the app. It can sometimes take between 10 and 15 attempts before you are able to close it. Needs a fix

Overall the app is decent however there is one massive flaw that killed my rating for this. If you even so slightly move your finger left or right while trying to scroll up or down it will swipe to the prior or next chapter. When you swipe back your automatically at either the beginning or the end of the chapter. It's way too sensitive. A simple integration like the volume button for scrolling would fix this.
