Ratings and reviews

We have been using the Rainbow app for about a year without any serious issues. Every so often it would not ring and we would just see a missed call notification afterwards. Restarting the phone used to fix that. However, as of a week ago, the app no longer rings even if the phone is awake and you're looking at the screen. We have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app on the same device, allowing all required permissions. We tried installing it on another device. The problem persists.

Although there are problems here and there they get fixed within a week or two of reporting an issue. The app is intuitive and user-friendly with great audio/video quality and fantastic conferencing options. I'm sticking around because the dev team is great and responsive as well as the app fulfills all of my personal and business needs.

Great app, but i noticed that this app does not obey the "Silent mode" even when the phone is set for it. if someone calls me on my Galaxy Note 9 (where the earpiece doubles up as a mini "added" speaker, my ringtone starts blaring through the earpiece speaker rven on silent. this is quite an annoyance as suddenly the office gets to hear Ringtones even though ive done what i could to silent my device, and is disruptive in meetings. i think other devices with similar audio config have same problem
