This app is amazing. I have worked with several meditation apps. There is something that often feels inherently non-meditation-y about an app, and many confuse an overwhelming and undifferentiated menu of options with quality of experience. Tantra 112 has a variety of practices, and they work and make sense together, as a coherent approach to meditation and to reality. The rigourous scholarship in the deep dives, and the flow of a living practice make these recordings engaging and enlivening.

Great variation in practices, and opportunities to deepen and drill down in one practice or move on to discover something else. Deep and rich resource. I value this very much.

Tantra 112 has deepened my meditations like no other app has. In a class all it's own.
