AlertCops is the safety app designed for citizens and is available throughout Spain. It provides security and self-protection services for everyday use and offers a direct chat with police and emergency services. You will be able to:


Report any event of which you have been a victim or witness.

Get information on different topics of interest to citizens with our dynamic files.

Send photographs, videos, audios or locations through the chat and get an immediate response.

Receive citizen collaboration, security and emergency alerts related to the area where you are.

Use the SOS Button, with reinforced protection for vulnerable groups, sending an urgent alert to the nearest police centre along with your position and a 10-second audio recording.

Enjoy new services: Accompany me, Rescue, Simulated Call, etc.

Share your location with the people you want and receive theirs.

Subscribe to the Guardian of a specific event (such as a race or a concert) and send your position periodically so that rescue services can easily locate you in case of emergency.

Use the automatic translator to communicate with police forces in over 100 languages.

Contacted them several times asking for verification code. The first time they acknowledged me. Still waiting after 6 weeks. Reinstalled several times, requested code at least 10 times. Pretty rubbish service. Good idea but badly implemented. EDIT. Yes. Contacted you several times by email. I make that clear. Response today is that there is no activity from app to request code! So the app doesn't work! Why are you wasting time? Why not just give me a code by email? Tbh. The service is garbage

used to work fine. if I try to allow it to send notifications it will just keeps opening its configuration then sending me to permissions. I've let it have all permissions and it still just keeps sending me there. if you're having this issue turn off the three notification options that it requests before sending you too permissions

Unusable, old app wouldn't let me recieve a text with the code. The updated version tells me I'm not connected to the Internet when I try to use it, when I clearly am. Total waste of time and totally unusable. I have the latest updates of thus app. I have lost count of how many times I have requested a code and this is still.not recieved even with the new version of the app. I have contacted your support a number of weeks ago and haven't had a response from them.
