This app is terrible and your layout and interface are horrible! Go back to the design It used to be when it was home.Federal savings bank!!! i'm getting really sick of having to enter my login details every single time. Even when I click the remember this device option! even trying to scroll through transactions, it's slower than a snail!

This is an update to a previous one star rating. Alerus remained committed and worked months trying to fix my account so I could access mobile banking. It is now fixed and working great. I greatly appreciated their perseverance and ability to fix the problem. A special "shout out" goes to Lisa who continued to keep me updated on the status of this challenging problem.

Absolutely the worst banking app I've ever used. There's no good reason for a text every third time I logg in. And the system can't send the text in time to logg in. if zero stars was an option I would have given that
